About Me.

Dr. Hall is a distinguished graduate of the physical therapy program at George Washington University, earning her degree in 2019. Her passion for holistic wellness led her to explore the practice and teaching of yoga since 2013, enriching her understanding of the mind-body connection. Dr. Hall's journey in both yoga instruction and physical therapy has taken her through a diverse array of settings, beginning with teaching yoga at luxury condominiums and high-end gyms in South Beach, FL.

Her expertise soon garnered recognition, with invitations to share her knowledge at prestigious venues such as the World Bank, conferences with over 20,000 attendees, college campuses, and corporate events. Dr. Hall's physical therapy career commenced in a chronic pain clinic, where she honed her skills in addressing complex pain conditions. She later played a pivotal role in launching the OrthoVirginia clinic in Alexandria, VA.

Following the birth of her first daughter, Dr. Hall made a deliberate shift towards a patient-centric practice model, prioritizing personalized care and relationships with her patients over productivity metrics. This commitment to individualized attention led her to establish her own practice after five years of serving her local community.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Hall remains actively engaged in advancing the profession through her involvement with the American Physical Therapy Association. As a concierge physical therapist, seasoned yoga teacher, and Solidcore instructor, she offers 1-on-1 care in the comfort of her clients' homes. Dr. Hall's approach emphasizes personalized attention tailored to the unique needs of each individual, drawing upon her extensive experience.

With a profound dedication to healing, balance, and overall wellness, Dr. Hall stands ready to guide you on your journey to optimal health.
